How do I update the firmware on my printer’s main board and the built-in network port? |
A: |
Use the Epson LFP Remote Panel Utility to do the update. You can also use the EpsonNet Config Utility to update the network port firmware, but the network port must be connected to the printer through an ethernet connection (a USB connnection will not work). To download the utilities, see the Drivers and Download page for the Stylus Pro 3800. |
