When I start Epson Scan, my thumbnail preview is grayed out. What should I do?
A:
When the ADF is attached to the scanner, the thumbnail preview is grayed out. To enable the thumbnail preview, do the following:

  1. Turn off the scanner.


  2. Disconnect the ADF option cable from the scanner.


  3. Turn on the scanner.

    The thumbnail preview option should now be available.
