Windows

Interface	Available USB connection (Hi-Speed USB 2.0 recommended for optimum performance) CD-ROM drive (4x or faster)
Memory	128MB RAM (512MB recommended); 512MB RAM for Windows Vista and XP Pro x64 Edition
HD Space	350MB of available hard drive space minimum 1GB free hard disk space for Digital ICE
Display	SVGA or higher resolution monitors 800 × 600, 24-bit (full color) screen resolution or higher (Color and tone reproduction are subject to the display capability of your computer system - including the video card, display monitor, and software. See your system documentation for details.)

Macintosh

Operating System	PowerPC or Intel processor-based Macintosh computers running Mac OS X 10.2.8 or later Fast User Switching on Mac OS X or later is not supported.

HD Space	735MB hard disk space minimum 1GB free hard disk space for Digital ICE

Note: Epson Scan does not support the UNIX File System (UFS) for Mac OS X. You must install Epson Scan on a disk or in a partition that does not use UFS.
