Why doesn’t my printer work when connected via Firewire (IEEE1394) on Microsoft Windows Vista?
A:
At this time, our Firewire (IEEE1394)-capable printers do not support the Firewire (IEEE1394) connection with Microsoft Windows Vista operating system. Ethernet and USB are the only supported connection types.
