There is no sound, or it is not loud enough. What should I do? |

Check the following: - Try pressing the + Volume button on Epson MovieMate or the remote control and turning up the volume knob on the optional subwoofer (y connected).
- Press the
button on the remote control to make sure the sound hasn’t been turned off temporarily.
- If you’re using external video equipment, make sure you connected the red and white audio jacks to Epson MovieMate’s audio ports. See Viewing Video from External Devices.
- If you’re using an external audio or surround sound system, adjust the settings in the Audio Setup Page. See Adjusting Dolby Audio Settings.
- When Headphones are connected the internal speakers are disabled. However, the volume level is still enabled.
