Q:
There is no sound, or it is not loud enough. What should I do?
A:
Check the following:

  • Try pressing the + Volume button on Epson MovieMate or the remote control and turning up the volume knob on the optional subwoofer (y connected).


  • Press the  button on the remote control to make sure the sound hasn’t been turned off temporarily.


  • If you’re using external video equipment, make sure you connected the red and white audio jacks to Epson MovieMate’s audio ports. See Viewing Video from External Devices.


  • If you’re using an external audio or surround sound system, adjust the settings in the Audio Setup Page. See Adjusting Dolby Audio Settings.


  • When Headphones are connected the internal speakers are disabled. However, the volume level is still enabled.
