Q:
What should I do if the DVD skips?
A:
Check the following:

  • Make sure Epson MovieMate is not tilted more than 15 degrees. This can cause skipping or disc scratches. Use the vertical image adjustment dial to adjust the image position.




  • Make sure there are no fingerprints or dirt on the DVD. clean it if necessary.
