Q:
The Auto Cut setting is enabled on my printer and driver, but my printer will not cut roll media. What should I do?
A:
On the printer's control panel, make sure that neither the Auto Backward nor the Auto Forward indicator is On. If either of these functions is On, the auto take-up reel will be enabled, which automatically disables the cutter blades.
