The ColorSync option of the EPSON Macintosh driver is grayed out. Why can't I select it? |

Go to the Chooser and verify that the printer is confirming as the Stylus 500. If the printer is confirming as a Stylus COLOR instead of the Stylus 500, the ColorSync option will not be available. |
