Support Wearables Pulsense Epson PS-500 Pulsense Watch

The blue LED on my PS-500 indicates a full charge, but the battery icon on the display does not. What should I do?

  • Make sure the charging terminals on your Pulsense device are clean. You can clean them with a damp cotton swab, but make sure the terminals are not wet before you place your device in its charging cradle.

    If that does not help, contact Epson support.
