Epson has discovered an issue with the firmware on the mPOS versions of the UB-E04 interface and the T20II Ethernet Plus printer. The problem may occur when the printer is taken offline (e.g. to replace the paper roll). The printer may not recover and could remain in the offline state, requiring a power cycle to recover. We recommend that you download the update instructions and utility for your products as listed below. This procedure will update the mPOS firmware versions for the respective printer models.

Important: Do not turn off the printer or computer while this update is being applied.
