My Pulsense device measures a different pulse rate than a chest-strap HRM. Why does this happen?

• All fitness heart rate monitors use different formulas to determine your heart rate. Variations in the formula can cause a slight variation in the measurement. The measurement may also be different if the device is not worn properly. Make sure the Pulsense device does not touch your ulna bone.
